So Canon have revealed their strategy for the affordable HD market. In San Francisco this week at the 9th Annual SuperMeet, on show behind glass was a prototype of a soon-to-be-released model. All the buttons were grey and unlabelled, no model number visible, though looking at the non-functioning device many things became obvious.

What the iPad means for video producers
It was at least 6 or 7 years ago and I was having having a conversation with the manager of one of the Apple resellers in London. The iPod was red hot at the time, rapidly redefining Apple from being a computer company to a consumer manufacturer that did a whole lot more than sell expensive computers.
