"I do", I think...

A couple of weeks back I went to a cousin's wedding because my family know I have all the kit to make a worthwhile wedding video - not due to my rep of being a party animal that everyone can't do without!; ) A few years previously I made a video for the bride's sister - which made its way round the family campfire and returned a couple of years later to haunt me for a reprise only in the form of a different family member.

Apple TV - don't put yourself through the pain

Okay, now the Apple TV is a great concept, but what a pain in the ol' proverbial lower regions. I've had my Apple TV now for well over a year or so - considering I've been a Mac fan for well over 20 years I figure hey if I'm going to de-wire the house and try to unify all aspects of both my work and lifestyle why not Applefy the whole house? Apple logos everywhere but especially on my TV! Yay... not necessarily.

cables 'n cupboards

Over the years I have been building up a stockpile of laptops hard drives and cables that could put most equipment suppliers to shame. Its frightening how much stuff builds up when you're doing your best to keep up with the non-stop technology train.

Anyone remember Kai's Power Tools? Well I do, it was a fantastic addition to Photoshop, and was pretty much my introduction on the cool things that one could use as an excuse to create cool stuff but call it work...
