The CoolCamera by Boom Audio and Video is available in several different configurations: CoolCamera HDV; CoolCamera Broadcast; CoolCamera Standard; CoolCamera Pro XL.
Each model offers different features, beginning with a fully mechanical crane that can be operated from body harness or off of a tripod; the more sophisticated models offer remote powered head enabling precise camera control to get high-reaching, or low to the ground, moving shots.
Boom Audio & Video is a French company which was founded in 1996. Initially manufacturing boom support equipment for sound recordists the company has since evolved to offer camera cranes and underwater fibre optic filming equipment.
