In a break from the usual set-up, the 'best of the best' Black Pencils will be announced at D&AD's 50th Birthday Dinner in September..
Big winners on the night included JWT Shanghai picked up three Yellow Pencils for its Samsonite Suitcase campaign. Two Yellow Pencils went to Marion Deuchars' Let's Make Some Great Art book for Laurence King, W+K for the Kaiser Chiefs 'Bespoke Album Creation Experience', JWT Melbourn for Melbourne Writers Festival's Wi-FiCTION, LOWE/SSP3 for the Colombian Ministry of Defence, Dentsu Tokyo for Honda Motor’s internavi, Ogilvy Johannesburg for Multichoice/M-Net’s MK is campaign and Be Bravo for Leica.
